Blending imaginative urban design on the banks of the St. Johns River, Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Jacksonville will be the centerpiece of the Jacksonville Shipyards, ideally located adjacent to the Sports Complex and proposed Stadium of the Future – a renovated and reimagined Ever Bank Stadium that will serve as home to the Jacksonville Jaguars while playing host to national and international sports and entertainment events for generations to come.

Unique Hotel Elements:

• Property is located right outside the Jacksonville Jaguars sports complex and a 5-minute drive to downtown Jacksonville.
• 4 F&B outlets – All Day dining – Italian Osteria Concept, Specialty restaurant – Sushi Concept, Lobby Bar, Pool Bar and Grill
• Event space total of 20,000 sq ft
• Full 10 treatment room Spa & Fitness facilities including "Snow Room"
• As part of a second phase, Owner is actively exploring additional opportunities such as (i) developing additional residential on a 5 acre adjacent parcel and (ii) acquiring beach front land in Jacksonville Beach (approximately 30 minutes from the Project) to create a Beach Club experience for hotel guests as well as local members

Current Leadership Requirements:

General:

• Proven track record of operational excellence, strong guest-centric mindset, and advanced problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to balance operational discipline with innovation and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Will support the learning and development function to ensure within this new employee market they understand luxury service
• Out of the box thinker who can support ideas on how we can leverage partnerships with local sports and entertainment to enhance hotel and residential experiences

People:

• Culture Carrier, Mentor and Collaborator with a strong leadership presence and experience to lead from the front and inspire a team, including both tenured and emerging Department Heads, while maintaining alignment and accountability across all functions in a dynamic, high-expectation environment
• Skilled in navigating a highly engaged, strong-minded ownership group
• Ability to deal with high expectation residents, board of directors and work closely with DOR on operational harmony and synergies between the Hotel and Residences
• Needs to be at ease with themselves – mature, confident and assertive, yet humble with strong EQ.
• Navigation of leading in a new market with limited luxury experience; hands on coach and mentor to model luxury service
