Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical / Engineering Recruiter to support direct client hiring needs across engineering and technology disciplines. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing highly skilled technical professionals while partnering closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality talent.
This is a consultative recruiting role that emphasizes technical understanding, relationship-building, and strategic sourcing.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with hiring managers and account teams to understand technical requirements, role priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
- Source, recruit, and screen engineering and technical talent using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and ATS databases
- Evaluate candidates’ technical skills, experience, and cultural fit through structured interviews and screening conversations
- Manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality and responsiveness
- Present well-qualified candidates with clear insights on skills, experience, and alignment to client needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of recruiting activity within the ATS
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring engineering and technical roles
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through placement
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing or agency environment
- Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles (software, infrastructure, data, mechanical, electrical, controls, manufacturing, or related disciplines)
- Strong sourcing capabilities using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, and proactive outreach
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
