Johnson & Johnson Vision, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is seeking a Human Resources Co-op to join our dynamic Supply Chain HR team in Jacksonville, FL. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape talent, culture, and organizational capabilities for a business focused on growth, innovation, and deliver life-changing vision care solutions.

As a BUHR Co-op, you will translate business strategy into talent strategy, helping us achieve our aspiration to create best-in-class, diverse talent at all levels in Vision Supply Chain.
What You’ll Do Strategic HR Partnership- Serve as a trusted HR partner
- Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders.
- Support diverse leadership growth and capability development.
- Support succession, career, and performance management processes.
- Identify critical talent gaps and support capability-building strategies.
- Partner with HR COEs to execute enterprise talent programs.
- Shape an inclusive, high-performing culture.
- Support organization design and change initiatives.
- Drive adoption of the Vision SC Operating Model.
- Implement global HR processes.
- Collaborate across HR, Supply Chain, and L&D.
- Support communication and engagement strategies.
- Hands‑on experience in org design, change leadership, analytics, and strategic HR.
- Exposure to senior leaders and key business conversations.
- Experience influencing culture and shaping people strategies.
At least Senior in undergrad or Master student (as discussed in intake call)
Required Skills/Experience- Experience working cross-functionally.
- Demonstrated success implementing change.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to build trust across cultures and levels.
- Creativity and change leadership.
- Fluent in English.
- Energetic, collaborative working style.
- Change Management experience/certification.
