Job Summary

The System HR Manager provides strategic and day-to-day HR support for Morrison Healthcare operations supporting the UF Health System across four sites in Jacksonville, Gainesville, and St. Augustine. This role partners with field and corporate leadership to support associate relations, recruitment, retention, training, and compliance while promoting a positive associate experience across all locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a trusted HR partner to operational leaders across multiple sites.
  • Investigate associate relations issues and advise management on compliant, effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate and deliver management training related to performance management, terminations, sexual harassment prevention, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend strategies to reduce turnover and absenteeism.
  • Support and execute recruitment strategies to increase qualified applicant flow.
  • Attend operational meetings to increase HR visibility and support implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ongoing management training.
  • Build relationships and represent Morrison Healthcare at schools, community organizations, and job fairs.
  • Support critical markets and SSC sector initiatives as needed.
  • Represent the organization in personnel-related hearings, investigations, and audits.
  • Conduct HR assessments to evaluate compliance and operational effectiveness.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s preferred
  • 2–5 years of multi-unit HR generalist experience, including associate relations
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
