HR Generalist

Position Summary

The Human Resources Generalist will manage daily HR functions in collaboration with the Senior Director of HR, HR Recruiting Manager, and HR Benefits Manager. Key duties include interviewing, benefits administration, file maintenance, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

• Work closely with the Senior Director of Human Resources to enforce company policies and procedures.
• Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non‑mandatory training and continuing education courses.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates for open positions, collaborating with the Hiring Manager.
• Assist with reference checks, new hire assessments, and employment verifications.
• Manage paid time off policies and planning.
• Assist with benefit questions and open enrollment planning and implementation.
• Develop and conduct employee training programs, including sexual harassment prevention training.
• Maintain personnel files and conduct routine audits to ensure completeness.
• Develop and maintain the Human Resources calendar annually.
• Provide reports and information to the Senior Director of Human Resources upon request.
• Coordinate travel for VIPs to townhall destinations on a quarterly basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Human Resources.
