As a Fractional GTM Sourcer

• Utilize your established tech talent network to source and place candidates in top GTM roles.
• Work with companies to understand their hiring needs and help fill open roles efficiently.
• Engage in high-volume sourcing and efficient recruiting practices to maximize placements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, guiding them through the hiring process and advocating for their career success.
• Use Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and connect with top talent.
• Stay up to date on trends in go-to-market hiring and the broader tech talent market.
• Leverage Betts' extensive talent network and tools to enhance your recruiting efforts.

• REQUIRED:
  Experience in GTM recruitment with a focus on roles like SDRs, AEs, CSMs, Marketers, VPs of Sales/Marketing/CS, and CROs.
• REQUIRED:
  Proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and demonstrated ability to source top talent efficiently

• Strong personal network of tech professionals actively seeking new opportunities.
• Currently unemployed or in a role that allows for a side hustle
  .
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
