Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified travel nurses across specialties.
• Develop strong relationships with both talent and client facilities to ensure successful placements.
• Execute full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing assignments.
• Stay informed on market trends, compliance standards, and staffing demands across regions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and credentialing to ensure seamless onboarding and deployment.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of travel nurse recruiting experience required.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding performance targets.
• Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Base salary commensurate with experience + uncapped commission
• Top performers can earn over $100K annually with incentives
