Responsibilities
We are pleased to announce the following available position: FT HR GENERALIST. This position is responsible for providing human resources support for the facility Human Resources Director, which includes recruiting for vacant positions, coordinating and conducting general employee orientations, organizing all employee activities and in-services, performing general clerical duties, inputting employee changes into the HR software, providing onboarding for new hires, maintaining the employee files and education files, assisting with recruiting fairs and managing the HR office in the absence of the Human Resources Director.
This position is also responsible for the credentialing of Contract Physicians and Allied Staff for the hospital.
- Education: Associate’s Degree in Business or related field required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Experience: At least three (3) years of Human Resources experience required.
- Additional Requirements: Excellent clerical and interpersonal skills required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Must be able to maintain confidential information and manage time effectively. Must have strong organizational skills to work in a fast paced environment.
