ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consults with all levels of management within assigned Business Unit, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Recruits for all levels of roles within company.
  • Maintains HR vendor contracts and 3rd party support.
  • Partners with the Finance to process payroll.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required. Drafts Impact Analysis documents as needed.
  • Consults with employees on benefit plans, payroll issues and other areas of concern.
  • Serves as the primary administrator for the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, system maintenance, security access, organizational structure updates, and accurate employee information to support HR, payroll, reporting, and business operations.
  • Administers all benefits plans including open enrollment, leave of absences, 401K administration, etc.
  • Assists with learning and develop activities for employees and performance management processes.
  • Inputs or approves all job requisitions, job changes, organizational changes, making offers, and other HR related changes in the HRIS system.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develops offer letters for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
  • Drafts job descriptions, provides information for job leveling and communicates to the field any changes.
  • Perform exit interviews and report on trends and offers recommendations if change is needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education & Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
