Account Executive

We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our Jacksonville team. This is a true blended desk for someone who thrives on both business development and recruiting. If you're energized by winning new clients just as much as finding the right candidate, you'll fit right in.

This isn't a role where you'll be handed a book of business. We're looking for a hunter—someone who enjoys opening doors, building long-term partnerships, and creating opportunities for both clients and candidates.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person client visits.
• Build lasting relationships with hiring managers across the Jacksonville and North Florida market(s).
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing new staffing partnerships.
• Recruit, interview, and place top talent for direct hire and temporary opportunities.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and develop strategic staffing solutions.
• Source candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Manage client accounts while consistently growing your territory.
• Stay informed on local market trends, hiring activity, and competitive intelligence.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of staffing, recruiting, or business development experience.
• Proven success in both sales and recruiting preferred.
• A self-starter with a competitive drive and strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls, attending networking events, and meeting clients face-to-face.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
