22 seeks an HR Operations Specialist to own day-to-day HR operations, including HRIS data integrity, benefits administration, leave management and offboarding. You will ensure compliance, accuracy and efficiency across the HR lifecycle and partner with the Human Resources Ministry team to support staff experiences.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years HR experience (2+ in HR operations/HRIS) and a strong background in benefits, payroll coordination and data reporting.
