Senior Director, Business Partner

• Serve as a strategic partner to the Global Chief Revenue Officer and Sales Leadership team.
• Align business objectives with people strategies focused on leader and team development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and high-impact solutions.
• Provide strategic leadership and expert guidance to assigned commercial client groups.
• Consult on and deliver People programs to achieve commercial objectives.
• Manage a team of People Business Partners providing timely support and consultation.
• Lead organization design activities and talent management strategies for effective, efficient organizations aligned with changing business demands.
• Use complex data and people analytics to identify business and talent trends informing commercial and People priorities.
• Use Microsoft 365 Copilot and approved AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize information, prepare leadership communications, and generate actionable insights.
• Champion adoption of AI-enabled ways of working across client groups.
• Advise leaders on complex organization design, development, and change leadership issues.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on People matters.
• Coach leaders to build leadership capabilities and foster followership.
• Partner with senior leaders on performance management, calibration, succession planning, and compensation planning.
• Initiate and lead cross-functional People team projects.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• At least 12 years of experience working in Senior Business Partner role with at least 10 years in a Leadership role.
• Experience working in a global matrix led organization.
• Human Resource related certifications expected (such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI).
• Knowledge and experience using the HRIS system Workday preferred.
• High ability for business judgement and understanding of business strategy, customer needs, and the broader marketplace.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled technologies, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, to enhance business performance, drive organizational effectiveness, improve workforce decision-making, and lead adoption of innovative ways of working while ensuring responsible and ethical use of AI.
• Ability to analyze and derive insights from large data sets, identify key issues, and prepare cogent recommendations.
• Innovative, insightful mentality with willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Relevant experience in talent management, organizational effectiveness/design, change management, and coaching; proven ability to expand and execute on talent strategy.
• Ability to influence leaders and employees in making talent and business decisions to drive business outcomes.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, advanced emotional intelligence, and ability to navigate complex business structures.
• Creativity and grit to problem solve and navigate dynamic, ambiguous situations.
• Extensive experience managing complex employee relations cases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills.
