ob Summary
We are seeking a motivated and/or experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing and hiring skilled trades talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to build relationships with candidates.
Duties- Collaborate with office managers/customers to identify staffing needs
- Source candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and recruiting platforms
- Vet candidates and submit them to job positions in our company
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact through onboarding
- Build relationships with potential candidates through cold calling and networking
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws throughout the recruitment process
- Participate in employee orientation and training & development initiatives for new hires
- Support internal recruiting efforts by engaging with current employees for referrals
- Participate in weekly recruiter meetings throughout the week to further assess customer needs
- Assist in cleaning the office space and maintaining an organized office space
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
