The Sr. Recruitment Sourcing Manager leads global delivery teamsinsupportof

Direct Sourcing clients and other project recruiting needs. This position directly and indirectly manages recruiters, talent assessors, and recruitment coordinators across Global Delivery Centers, driving performance against SLAs while partnering with clients and program stakeholders to support contingent workforce strategies.

This role combines operational excellence with strategic leadership. The Sr. Recruitment Sourcing Manager allocates resources, coaches team members, resolves escalations, and owns performance outcomes across a client portfolio. The role proactively identifies talent pipeline gaps, develops sourcing and hiring strategies for evolving workforce needs, delivers data-driven insights, and supports continuous improvement initiatives that enhance program performance and client value.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

Lead recruitment delivery operations within team and across

Global Delivery Centers, ensuring attainment of SLAs, KPIs, operational excellence, and achievement of client workforce objectives.

Develop and execute sourcing and hiring strategies that address evolving talent needs, workforce demands, and recruitment priorities.

Partner with program stakeholders, delivery teams, and internal business partners to identify talent pipeline gaps, execute sourcing strategies for diverse skill sets, and support opportunities for Direct Sourcing program growth.

Drive team performance through coaching, development, accountability, and proactive management of recruitment challenges, escalations, and delivery risks.

Analyze recruitment and workforce data to identify trends, provide strategic recommendations, and prepare and deliver business reviews that communicate program performance, client outcomes, operational results, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
