Responsible for configurations on the Revenue Cloud/Docu Sign platform to support business needs and order management activities. Become SME on both Revenue Cloud CPQ and Docu Sign CLM. May be responsible for identifying and tracking issues as well as escalating risks related to project or system via Jira. Work independently as well as part of a team.

• Partner leader to understand requirements to implement product, pricing and packaging strategies on the Revenue Cloud platform
• Configure and unit test end to end Revenue Cloud solutions
• Implement new and change existing Revenue Cloud CPQ platform, inclusive of approval workflow as needed
• Subject matter expert for CLM activities
• Create / update Docu Sign templates to support order forms and/or other agreements
• Manage changes to Docu Sign workflow
• Finance/Operational support, inclusive of accrual processing and/or reconciliations
• Participate in training, inclusive of job aid creation, as required
• Support user acceptance testing

• BA/BS Degree in finance and/or computer science or related plus three to five years of relevant experience
• Quote-to-cash and/or systems knowledge a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of application design, application configuration, test processes a plus
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self‑training
• Ability to manage time effectively, understand directions and work independently
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multi‑task and adapt to re‑prioritization in a rapidly changing environment

• Ability to sit, speak, and operate telephone and/or computer for long periods of time
• Ability to handle pressure, stressful conditions, and conflict resolution
• Ability to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
