Job Description
The Workplace Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for the operations of technologies and applications present in the workplace such as:
Meeting room devices (Cisco CUCM and endpoints, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Pexip), Digital signage (Triple Play), Print services (LRS, HPO Web Iet admin), End user peripherals (monitors, headsets, etc.). Workplace SRE is responsible for the deployment of new systems and features in production, supporting the existing environment while maintaining internal controls for reliability, audit, and security of such systems. Perform administrative and operational tasks to maintain infrastructure, including server administration on Windows and Linux, and networking experience with AV systems and real‑time media products such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Zoom, and AV endpoints.
The SME will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolution of issues with real‑time communications platforms, supporting services and dependencies, performing security administration tasks such as certificate renewals, conducting disaster recovery testing, patching, maintenance & remediation, and providing timely support to compliance and legal surveillance activities.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 – $35.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
