The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for delivering high converting experiences across Medius web properties and digital lead generation campaigns. Responsibilities include scaling and optimizing the web presence, supporting content projects, and digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

• Support web content development and design projects.
• Build PPC landing pages and assist in optimizing key lead generation pages.
• Work with the lead content engineer and digital agency to assist with design and UX efforts.
• Support web optimization efforts to improve user experience and lead generation using A/B testing.
• Assist with analytics projects to monitor traffic, funnel conversion, and ROI.
• Assist in developing and managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, graphics, and videos.
• Stay informed on market trends and digital strategies.
• Disseminate information about digital marketing programs within the organization.
• Contribute to traffic growth and new leads/MQL targets.
• Work under the lead content engineer to build pages and update content in the CMS.

• Background in website management and web development with 2-5 years of CMS experience.
• Experience in site performance analysis and web analytics.
• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing channel optimization.
• Skilled at multi-tasking and managing competing priorities.
• Strong project management skills and a team-player mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
