DB USA Core Corporation seeks an Assistant Vice President in Jacksonville, FL to support the Continuous Service Improvement Program.

• Develop and implement incident management procedures, including emergency operating procedures and communication strategies; perform technical incident management, problem resolution, and escalation processes.
• Develop and customize Grafana dashboards to visualize metrics and logs from sources including Prometheus, node-exporter, and custom exporters.
• Configure and maintain Grafana security, including user access control and data source security.
• Deploy and configure cloud resources including virtual machines, databases, and networking components.
• Create and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts to meet specific business requirements.
• Administer job scheduling environments utilizing Auto Sys and Control-M, including job creation, monitoring, and optimization tasks.
• Operate within UNIX/Linux systems and Sybase databases, including shell script development and production support.
• Support diverse IT environments across UNIX/Linux and Windows platforms; utilize Windows, Oracle, Java, Service Now, Grafana, GCP, and SharePoint in daily duties.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience maintaining data processing operations between external and internal upstream systems to ensure accurate data delivery to downstream systems.
• Experience with incident management, problem resolution, and escalation procedures.
• Experience developing and implementing comprehensive incident management procedures and dashboards.
• Knowledge of cloud resources deployment and configuration, and experience with Grafana dashboards and security.
• Experience with Auto Sys and Control-M job scheduling.
• Experience working in UNIX/Linux environments and with Sybase databases; shell scripting and production support experience.
• Ability to work across diverse IT environments and with technologies including Windows, Oracle, Java, Service Now, Grafana, GCP, and SharePoint.
