We are hiring a Technical Support Analyst in our Jacksonville office. This person will provide front-line IT support to attorneys and staff, ensuring reliable hardware and software performance across the Firm. This role serves as the primary interface between end users and IT, handling technical issues, installations, and troubleshooting both remotely and onsite. Responsibilities include resolving support requests, maintaining desktop systems, assisting with hardware/software upgrades, and participating in IT projects to improve infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and in person; resolve issues promptly or escalate as needed.
  • Document all actions in ticketing systems and maintain knowledge base.
  • Perform onsite support, installations, and configuration of hardware/software.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot desktop equipment; assist with inventory and upgrades.
  • Flexibility required - provide on-call and weekend support on a rotation basis.
  • Collaborate on and support IT projects and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of desktop support experience required, with law firm experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule - provide after-hours and weekend support on a rotation basis.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; experience with Active Directory, Intune, Exchange Online, and Print Server administration.
  • Experience with any of the following is a huge plus - Aderant, iManage, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Intune, and PDQ Deploy.
  • Ability to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Ability to travel - travel to our Florida offices, as needed.
