Power App Automation Analyst (Hybrid) – Primary

Location:

Jacksonville, Florida. V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Power App Automation Analyst for our premier client in Jacksonville, Florida.

• Design, develop, implement, and support Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Partner with other Automation Analysts, Visualization Analysts, and Data Modelers to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and refine automation requirements.
• Perform initial assessments to identify automation opportunities and evaluate solution feasibility.
• Document “As-Is” and “To-Be” business process flows and supporting artifacts.
• Learn and support Business Unit systems and operational processes.
• Contribute to Power BI and Power Platform Communities of Excellence (COEs) to strengthen adoption and best practices.
• Follow established governance, data management, and information security standards.
• Create and maintain solution documentation, including: process flows, benefit and impact analysis, solution and architecture diagrams, and technical specifications and support documentation.
• Support department operations, including monitoring automations and job schedules, managing support requests and change management, maintaining solution inventories, and diagnosing and resolving automation issues.
• This role partners closely with business stakeholders, solution developers, and data teams to identify automation opportunities, design scalable solutions, and support ongoing operations within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

• Experienced Automation Analyst specializing in Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate to support business process automation initiatives across the organization.

  Dataverse and/or Power BI are a plus.
