Our client is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their Salesforce ecosystem. This role is responsible for day-to-day platform administration, user support, data integrity, and ongoing system improvements. The Salesforce Administrator will partner with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, and IT—to ensure the platform remains scalable, reliable, and aligned with evolving business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Provide daily Salesforce support by monitoring and resolving issues such as Flow errors, permission challenges, validation rule failures, and other system-related requests
- Maintain high data quality through regular audits, de-duplication, clean-up efforts, and data imports using Salesforce tools and Data Loader
- Build, test, and enhance Salesforce Flows and automation to streamline business processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-focused solutions
- Support and troubleshoot third-party integrations and installed packages (e.g., Docu Sign, SAP, Avalara/Avatax)
- Assist with user administration, including profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies
- Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment of new features and Salesforce releases
- Support reporting and dashboard development, along with ad-hoc analysis for business teams
- Help manage change requests and contribute to release testing and documentation
- Assist with system training and process documentation in partnership with subject matter experts
- Proactively identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Experience supporting cross-functional users in a business environment
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data structures, automation, and system integrity
- Experience troubleshooting and enhancing Salesforce Flows
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and managed packages
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience working in a hybrid environment is a plus
