The EY Global Talent Intelligence team provides Talent Intelligence products, analysis, and recommendations to EY business and talent leaders across all service lines and geographies, addressing research questions throughout the talent lifecycle. Our consultative approach blends competitive intelligence with data science to refine and implement EY workforce strategies and initiatives effectively. Our team’s work is centered around understanding the external global workforce and connecting this back to specific EY talent questions and situations.
TheOpportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Talent Intelligence Lead to join our Talent Insights & Analytics team. In this role, you will play a critical part in advancing our Talent Intelligence capabilities by applying advanced statistical analysis, machine learning, and behavioural science techniques. You will work closely with EY business and talent leaders to provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive strategic workforce decisions.

YourKey Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced behavioural science methodologies to enhance EY's Talent Intelligence capabilities.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and machine learning to identify trends, patterns, and insights within the global talent landscape.
- Collaborate with EY business and talent leaders to understand their needs and provide tailored Talent Intelligence solutions.
- Develop and deliver Talent Intelligence products, reports, and presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
- Use consulting skills to engage with stakeholders, understand their challenges, and provide strategic Talent Intelligence solutions.
- Apply critical thinking to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Utilize data storytelling techniques to present data in a compelling and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in behavioural science, statistical analysis, and machine learning to continuously improve our methodologies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the our team.
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master s) in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, and behavioural science, preferably within a Talent Intelligence or related context.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis and machine learning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven consulting skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders and provide strategic solutions.
- Strong critical thinking abilities to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Expertise in data storytelling to present data in a compelling and understandable manner.
