As a Pega Developer with Openshift, you will:

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on Pega development experience (CSA/CSSA preferred).
• Strong expertise in deploying and managing Pega on Red Hat Open Shift.
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes concepts (pods, deployments, services, ingress, config maps, secrets).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Ansible, or similar).

Pega Development & Solution Delivery

• Design, build, and enhance Pega applications following enterprise architecture standards.
• Develop workflows, case types, integrations, UI components, and decisioning logic.
• Ensure solutions meet Bank of America’s security, compliance, and performance requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and sprint planning.

Open Shift Deployment & Platform Engineering

• Deploy, configure, and manage Pega applications on Red Hat Open Shift.
• Optimize containerized Pega workloads for performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Work closely with APSE platform teams to ensure alignment with CI/CD pipelines, container standards, and cloud governance.
• Troubleshoot container, pod, and cluster‑level issues impacting Pega services.

Integration & API Enablement

• Build and maintain integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Kafka, and internal APIs.
• Ensure secure communication and compliance with Bank of America integration patterns.

Operational Excellence

• Support production deployments, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for Pega services running on Open Shift.
• Contribute to automation of build, deployment, and testing processes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with APSE engineering, architecture, Dev Ops, and application teams.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for Pega and Open Shift usage.
• Communicate effectively with global teams across time zones.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $60/hr on W2

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
