Overview
Job Description – Dynatrace - Performance Engineering
This position is for SWAT support of APSRE and will provide level 4 technical support during production and lower lane triage efforts working with partner teams on solutions to complex problems.
Site Reliability Engineers are expected to be able to drive technology triage efforts to completion by assisting with restoral steps, identifying root cause, and working with different ITIL teams to improve environment stability.
Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 per year
Responsibilities- Provide level 4 technical support during production and lower lane triage efforts for APSRE.
- Drive technology triage to completion by assisting with restoral steps and identifying root cause.
- Collaborate with partner teams to implement solutions to complex problems.
- Coordinate with ITIL teams to improve environment stability and incident management processes.
- Background in server management (Windows/Linux).
- Understanding distributed application flow.
- Knowledge of coding (Java/.NET).
- Scripting skills.
- Database knowledge (SQL/Oracle).
- Understanding of network transport layer.
- Bachelor of Computer Science.
