Job Responsibilities:

• Develop information management initiatives and content integration solutions to improve information sharing and operational efficiency.
• Administer portals and websites, including collaboration tools.
• Train staff on information and content management tools.
• Develop and manage technical solutions for information accessibility, aligning with command guidelines.
• Build, deploy, and support SharePoint sites, including configuration and application deployment.
• Collaborate with external knowledge management personnel.
• Design and maintain SharePoint templates, workflows, and web parts using JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Manage SharePoint content administrator roles and site requests.
• Resolve content creation and publishing issues.
• Monitor SharePoint logs and activities.
• Administer user accounts and troubleshoot access problems.

Required Skills:

• Experience in network, software, and website management.
• Military or civilian program management experience.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET, HTML, XML, IIS Web Services, and database design.
• Expertise in SharePoint administration.
• SQL Server and Windows Server experience.
• Graphic design skills with Photoshop.
• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and security principles.
• Knowledge of Web Services, .NET Framework, and scripting in VBScript and JavaScript.
• Experience developing and maintaining SharePoint sites.
• Understanding of Maritime Operations Center and Knowledge Management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Qualifications:
  
  JQO, MSOC, JPME I/II, or MOPC.
• TS/SCI security clearance.
