Job Title: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer

Duration: Long term contract

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – Design, develop, and maintain integrations using OIC components.
• Oracle Common Integration Framework – Hands‑on experience building and managing integrations across HCM modules.
• Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) – Ability to create extensions, custom UIs, and applications using VBCS.
• Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) &
  HDL Transformation Formula – Strong experience in data migration, mass loads, and transformation logic.
• Oracle HCM REST & SOAP APIs – Experience using HCM APIs for integrations, data operations, and extensions.
• Oracle HCM Extracts – Building, customizing, and scheduling extracts for reporting and integrations.
• Oracle Fusion BI Publisher (BIP) & OTBI Reports – Creating, modifying, and optimizing BIP and OTBI reports and related objects.
• Fast Formulas – Expertise in Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, absence, and reporting requirements.
• Flexfields (DFFs, EFFs, KFFs) – Configuration and use of flexfields for business needs and integrations.
• Cloud HCM Functional Knowledge – Strong familiarity with Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, OTL, and Absence Management.
