ETL Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Jacksonville, FL that is seeking an experienced ETL Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and downstream business applications. This role will focus on integrating data from multiple source systems, ensuring data quality, and supporting modern data platforms in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• ETL Developer will design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest and transform data from diverse sources (databases, APIs, files, streams)
• Optimize data workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability
• Partner with data engineers, BI developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements
• Implement data validation, error handling, and monitoring processes
• Support data warehouse and data lake architectures
• Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues and production incidents
• As an ETL Developer, you will contribute to data modeling and schema design for analytical use cases
• Document data processes, workflows, and technical solutions
• Support ongoing data modernization and cloud migration initiatives

• Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
