Overview
Splunk Dynatrace / Monitoring support
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage day-to-day production incidents within the Financial Center channel; serve as a proficient technical resource; provide technical knowledge as a team member and individual contributor.
- Influence and direct activities of a team related to special initiatives or operations without having direct reports.
- Drive communication to business partners in multiple organizations.
- Apply a fundamental understanding of the Financial Center/ATM environments with solid leadership to identify root causes, restore applications, and achieve resolution.
- Function well under pressure and provide managerial non-technical summaries to leadership.
- Support iPad/iOS and basic network configuration (wireless and wired).
- Maintain strong reporting and documentation skills, including experience in Microsoft Visio.
- Provide Production Support experience with knowledge of Remedy ITSM.
- Demonstrate a drive to learn and grow in the Production Support organization.
- Bachelor of Computer Science
Salary Range - $90,000-$100,000 a year
