Workday Delivery Lead
Hybrid (3 Days on site, 2 Days Remote)

12-18 Month Contract
Job OverviewCandidates must go on site 3 days/week. W2 only. The Delivery Lead role supports the Workday application in managing and coordinating various project activities, including semi‑annual Feature Releases and downstream initiatives. Partners with business stakeholders to understand new and existing use cases, optimize process needs, and support improved reporting. Ensures all change adheres to Enterprise Change Management standards while facilitating partners through the process and timeline.
Be a subject‑matter expert on Workday, understand our Agile processes, and work closely with architects and developers on solutions and testing. Plans and coordinates delivery and dependencies across multiple teams. Facilitates dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables. Promotes communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline. Gathers status updates for stakeholders regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
Supports resource planning for delivery and execution by working with the Lead Developer.
- Business relationship management, liaison to Global Human Resources and Shared Service Providers (SSPs)
- Effectively manage through bank’s processes.
- Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Application Management Policies and Procedures.
- Provide leadership and management focus on ensuring delivery and execution align with strategic goals and direction.
- Manage and provide application portfolio oversight working closely with application and/or vendor managers.
- Provide risk oversight for business and technology risk.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the key accountabilities of the job.
- 3+ years Workday HCM experience.
- Workday Pro or Workday Certifications strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of at least three Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, Time, Absence, and Benefits.
- Workday integrations experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Workday business process, core setup, and security framework.
- Deep understanding of Workday data model, corporate system architecture, interfaces, reporting, and data loading procedures.
- Attention to detail and relentless commitment to follow‑through.
- Ability to convey ideas and recommendations to a wide variety of audiences at all levels in clear, compelling, and succinct written and verbal communications.
- Strong expertise in cloud‑based multi‑tenant systems.

Pay and BenefitsPay range: $60.00 – $96.00/hr.
