- Plan, build, and manage paid search campaigns, including research, execution, ongoing optimization and performance analysis
- Drive lead growth while keeping cost efficiency through daily, weekly and monthly optimization tasks
- Create, launch, and track performance reports for campaigns, ads, keywords, landing pages, and other elements that are influenced by search campaigns, translating data into clear insights
- Develop keyword strategies through in-depth keyword research to support both paid and organic search efforts
- Create and analyze real-time dashboards that connect to ad platforms to measure campaign performance and demonstrate ROI
- Conduct SEO, GEO, and local map audits as well as ongoing keyword research to inform on-page, local, technical, and content-driven SEO strategies for clients
- Collaborate with content and development teams to ensure SEO and local SEO best practices are incorporated into content
- Pull and analyze AI Visibility reports to assess brand and content presence across AI searches
- Identify opportunities to improve client visibility in AI-generated search results by making recommendations for content structure, topic authority, and schema
- Work with content and development teams to translate AI visibility findings into actionable SEO/GEO and content strategies
- Create and generate reports and insights from platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Agency Analytics, ArcGIS Business Analyst, Scarborough, Spark Toro, and Semrush
- Clearly communicate research findings and performance insights to clients and internal teams, translating complex data into actionable, non-technical recommendations
- Stay current on search engine updates, AI-driven trends, and other emerging best practices to proactively adjust strategy as needed
- Work with internal teams to keep projects on scope, on time and on budget
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years of Google paid search and SEO experience
- Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, with knowledge of how those platforms can be connected
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets and working with Excel/Google Sheet formulas
- Full understanding of KPIs and metrics like CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, CPM, CVR, etc.
- Strong understanding of paid search bidding strategies
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certified
- Experience with Semrush is ideal, but not required
- Experience working at an agency or managing multiple accounts, a plus
- Impeccable data analysis skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and highly organized team player with great time management
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Mac computer systems
- Passion for digital marketing, data, and spotting trends
