Senior Associate System Engineer – SharePoint & Power Platform
Supports the delivery, operation, and ongoing enhancement of Dun & Bradstreet's corporate intranet and collaboration platforms. Focuses on modern SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions that enable secure, scalable, and user‑friendly intranet experiences across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support the creation and configuration of SharePoint Online sites, project spaces, and intranet pages using standardized templates.
- Provide day‑to‑day support for the corporate intranet, troubleshooting publishing, layout, and content deployment issues.
- Design, build, and maintain Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate cloud flows to support intranet and business processes.
- Manage SharePoint permissions and access controls to ensure secure and appropriate access.
- Support ongoing content updates, usability improvements, and design enhancements across intranet sites.
- Respond to new site and project space requests, ensuring alignment with intranet governance standards.
- Collaborate with content owners and designers, leveraging Adobe Creative Cloud assets such as images, banners, and visual components.
- Deliver training and guidance to site owners and authors on intranet best practices, permissions, and site management.
- Create short help videos and instructional content using Adobe Creative Cloud tools.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, job aids, and user guides.
- Support intranet operations through site audits, cleanup activities, and modernization efforts.
- Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online, including modern sites, pages, lists, libraries, and permissions.
- Experience developing Power Apps (Canvas Apps) and Power Automate cloud flows.
- Experience integrating SharePoint data with Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, One Drive, Forms, Viva).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools for intranet‑related assets (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Power Shell.
- Ability to support governance, security, and compliance standards within collaboration platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business partners, and content owners.
- Ownership mindset, curiosity, adaptability, collaboration, and a continuous learning approach.
Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
