CSI Companies is seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to provide high touch technical support in a professional office environment. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while resolving technical issues for both onsite and remote employees.
This opportunity is ideal for a support professional who is comfortable working with executive level users and providing a white glove support experience. Candidates with strong customer facing backgrounds such as retail technology support environments will be successful in this role.
You will split time between onsite support and remote ticket resolution while maintaining detailed documentation and ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
Hours: Standard business hours
Pay: $20–25/hr

What you will do- Provide hands on support for onsite employees including executives and office staff
- Deliver high quality customer service with a white glove support approach
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows and Mac environments
- Support internet access and connectivity issues
- Triage and resolve remote support tickets for distributed employees
- Manage ticket intake categorization and prioritization using Service Now and Jira
- Document issues resolutions and user interactions clearly and accurately
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain awareness of system updates and user environment changes
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous approach
- Experience providing technical support in Windows and Mac environments
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Service Now or Jira
- Strong documentation and ticket writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience supporting end users in an office environment
- Experience supporting executive or high visibility users
- Experience in retail technology environments such as Apple store style support
- Experience working in a high touch customer service environment
