- Lead end-to-end ERP process design, documentation, and mapping.
- Oversee integrations across Acumatica, Lightspeed, Shopify, and Tap Mango.
- Build leadership dashboards for visibility and decision support.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on data and operational inconsistencies.
- Drive UAT, training, rollout coordination, and cross-department alignment.
- Work directly with COO and CEO to stabilize and scale the RSH operating system.
