Senior Pega Lead System Architect & AI Platforms Vice President

This role focuses on application development and systems analysis within that context, leading the design, development, and implementation of new or revised application systems.

• Partner with multiple management teams to align integration of functions and identify required system enhancements for new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high‑impact problems and projects through in‑depth evaluation of complex business and system processes and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in application programming and ensure design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
• Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to achieve business goals.
• Provide in‑depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid‑level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Appropriately assess risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and Citi policy while safeguarding the firm’s reputation.

• 6+ years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis.
• Certified Pega Lead System Architect (LSA).
• Knowledge of Constellation and current Pega AI features.
• Extensive hands‑on development experience in Pega.
• Experience in Oracle, Java, JavaScript, React, and Angular.
• Proven project management and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to adjust priorities quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Subject‑matter expertise in at least one area of application development.

• Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
