AI Engineer
Role Description
We are moving fast on AI and the ambition is real. Our organization is generating ideas, prototypes, and partnerships t we need now is someone who can bring discipline to the demand, clarity to the portfolio, and a compelling narrative to everything we are building.
This role sits at the intersection of delivery leadership, strategic communication, and organizational change. You will own the intake and prioritization of AI-powered initiatives, keep delivery moving with visibility and accountability, and tell the story of our AI progress to stakeholders at every level. But equally importantly, you will be the person who makes AI feel accessible, relevant, and exciting to every employee across the globe, not just the engineers building it.
You will help design the guardrails that make responsible AI use possible and then tear down the unnecessary barriers that stop people from using it.
If you get energized by turning ambiguity into momentum, and by bringing an entire organization on a journey rather than just shipping projects, this is the seat for you.

- Manage WIP discipline so the team is focused and set up to succeed, not spread thin across too many simultaneous efforts

- Support the community of practice around AI usage across the organization, creating spaces where employees can share what is working, ask questions, and build on each other's ideas
- Partner with HR, communications, and regional leads to ensure the AI adoption story lands globally, accounting for different contexts, needs, and starting points across our workforce
- Close the gap between the people building AI solutions and the people who need to use them, making sure nothing great gets built in a vacuum
- Steward a lightweight AI governance framework that enables speed and experimentation while managing risk
- Define clear guidance on when and how AI tools should be used across different contexts, from customer-facing to internal operations, ensuring employees have confident answers rather than anxious uncertainty
- Work with Legal, Compliance, and Security to translate their requirements into practical, people-friendly policy that does not inadvertently freeze adoption
- Establish feedback loops so the governance framework evolves as our AI maturity grows and the external landscape shifts
- Make responsible AI use a source of organizational pride and competitive differentiation, not just a compliance obligation
- You have a background in delivery leadership or program management, ideally with exposure to technology or product organizations
