Job Description

The Senior Talent Technology Consultant is a consulting‑led, client‑facing role responsible for advising enterprise clients on talent technology strategy, architecture, and transformation. This role is deliberately design, advisory, and outcomes‑focused, rather than hands‑on system configuration or build. You will support the delivery of client engagements across strategy, assessment, roadmap definition, and solution design, helping clients make informed decisions on how to implement, integrate, and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and adjacent talent technologies.

A core component of the role is advising executives on AI, agentic, and automation opportunities and how these can be responsibly embedded into the talent ecosystem to solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR, Talent, and IT stakeholders on talent technology strategy and transformation
  • Lead and deliver tech work streams and engagements focused on current‑state assessments, future‑state design, business case development, and multi‑year roadmaps
  • Apply structured consulting problem‑solving to translate business challenges into technology‑enabled solutions
  • Prepare and deliver executive‑ready materials, insights, and recommendations that support decision‑making at C‑suite and VP levels
  • Advise clients on the selection, implementation approach, and optimisation of enterprise ATS and CRM platforms, including Workday, SAP Success Factors, Eightfold, Phenom, and related technologies
  • Design integrated talent technology ecosystems spanning core platforms and point solutions (e.g., Hired Score, Paradox, assessments, experience platforms, analytics tools)
  • Guide clients on operating model considerations, governance, and ownership across HR, Talent, IT, and vendors
  • Support vendor evaluations, RFP/RFx processes, and implementation partner selection
  • Define and articulate end‑to‑end conceptual and logical architectures for talent technology ecosystems
  • Advise on integration strategies, data flows, middleware patterns, and scalability considerations (without owning technical configuration)
  • Partner with client IT teams and vendors to ensure alignment between intended architecture and implementation reality
  • Simplify complex technical trade‑offs into clear, business‑oriented recommendations
  • Identify high‑value use cases for AI, automation, and agentic capabilities across sourcing, screening, matching, personalisation, and workflow efficiency
  • Advise clients on responsible AI adoption, including governance, risk, data readiness, and compliance considerations
  • Help shape future‑state visions that leverage emerging capabilities to improve recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and talent outcomes
  • Create high‑quality, client‑ready visual artefacts (architecture diagrams, ecosystem and platform maps, data flow and integration diagrams, process maps, and future‑state workflows)
  • Use visual storytelling to convey complexity clearly and effectively to executive audiences
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, talent technology advisory, HR transformation, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience advising enterprise clients on ATS, CRM, and talent technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, Eightfold, Phenom, Avature, Smart Recruiters)
  • Experience supporting large‑scale, multi‑country implementations and complex stakeholder environments
  • Strong consulting background with proven client‑facing delivery and executive engagement
  • Experienced team player working as part of a project delivery team solving complex problems
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
Core Skills & Capabilities
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition and broader talent operating models
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into structured, technology‑enabled solutions
  • Advanced conceptual thinking and solution architecture design skills
  • High proficiency in creating polished, executive‑ready visual artefacts and presentations
  • Working knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging HR technology trends applied pragmatically
  • Excellent…
