- Experience:
Minimum 5 years
Required minimum qualifications:
- 5+ years expert-level Splunk Architect experience
- Well-versed with search head and indexer clustering topology
- Hands-on shell scripting and Linux/Windows system administration experience
- Some expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python and/or Windows scripts
- Thorough knowledge of regular expressions
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and tenaciousness to drive vendors, system admins and others to deliver solutions together
- Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative technology solutions
- Experience with deployment tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Blade Logic and/or Auto Sys
- Experience working in a secure, multi-data center environment
- Experience with other monitoring tools
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or any quantitative discipline
- Splunk Enterprise Certified Administrator
- Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect
- Resolving and influencing the positive outcome of conflicting objectives and priorities
- Strong, proactive leadership capabilities inspiring fellowship
- Ability to stimulate and participate in creative thinking for out-of-the-box solutions
- Ability to effectively communicate, interact with and influence
- Work effectively within a fast-paced, cohesive team
