Description

We're seeking an AI-focused IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role will support AI/ML initiatives, gathering requirements, defining use cases, and helping translate business problems into scalable data and AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Partner with stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities across business functions

+ Gather, document, and refine functional and technical requirements for AI/ML solutions

+ Translate business needs into data models, workflows, and system requirements

+ Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on model development and deployment

+ Support process mapping, gap analysis, and future-state design

+ Define KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives

+ Assist with user adoption, training, and documentation

Requirements

Required Skills:

+ 5+ years as a Business Analyst in IT environments

+ Experience working with AI/ML, analytics, or data platforms

+ Strong understanding of SQL, data flows, and reporting tools

+

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

+

Experience with Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google AI tools

+ Exposure to Python or data science workflows

+ Background in process automation or RPA
