Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / PMO Program Manager with deep expertise in SAP, supply chain, and data-driven program delivery. This role will lead and scale a team of Technical Project Managers across multiple initiatives, establish governance frameworks, and drive end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream programs across the construction supply chain lifecycle.

Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and scale a team of Technical Project Managers across multiple programs.
• Set delivery standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for program execution.
• Conduct performance management, coaching, and career development for TPMs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Program Delivery Management

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream programs across construction supply chain initiatives.
• Drive planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and milestone tracking.
• Ensure alignment across product, engineering, procurement, logistics, and operations teams.
• Manage program financials, including budgets, forecasts, and vendor costs.
• Establish and report on KPIs, OKRs, and executive dashboards.

Construction Supply Chain Domain Expertise

• Apply strong domain knowledge across:
  • Procurement sourcing
  • Logistics, warehousing, and inventory
  • Supplier and subcontractor management
  • Cost controls and schedule impacts
• Translate construction and supply chain business requirements into executable technical roadmaps.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend technology-driven improvements.

Stakeholder Communication & Executive Engagement

• Serve as the primary communication interface for senior leadership and business sponsors.
• Present program status, risks, trade-offs, and decisions clearly and confidently.
• Align cross-functional stakeholders with competing priorities and timelines.
• Influence without authority across matrixed, global teams.

• Experience: 10+ years in program/project management with proven success in SAP, PMO, and supply chain domains.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SAP modules relevant to procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
• Program Management Expertise: Skilled in planning, execution, governance, risk management, and financial oversight of large-scale programs.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and scale teams.
• Analytical Skills: Data-driven decision making, KPI tracking, and performance reporting.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of engaging senior executives.

• Experience with global, matrixed organizations.
• Prior exposure to construction supply chain programs.
• Knowledge of advanced PMO tools and project management frameworks.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with operations, technical teams, and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead workshops and training sessions.
