This practice also has several Service Delivery Centers made up of high‐performing US‐based resources who work closely with our experienced client‑serving professionals to deliver project‑based work and managed services to our US‑based Financial Services clients.

You’ll be a part of a very collegiate environment that promotes diversity of opinions and encourages collaboration. Together, we will help our clients on IT Quality Transformation & Application Test Delivery, and drive transformational change in how they deliver application testing services.

Everything you’ll do will revolve around providing exceptional testing subject‑matter expertise and solving complex problems that make a difference for our clients. You will be a high‑profile contact for resolving complex issues and, as you build your knowledge, become a credible advisor influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that impact entire industries.

• Working with clients to drive transformational change in how they deliver application testing services
• Defining the test strategy, planning, implementing, and ensuring quality assurance for large complex projects
• Teaming with business organizations to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Coaching team members to foster an innovative and inclusive work environment
• Sharing knowledge and developing engagement tools and enablers to build capability for the practice
• Cultivating business development opportunities and supporting sales

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• At least 2 years of Guidewire experience
• Experience working in the insurance sector
• Strong experience on Guidewire Policy Center, Claim Center, Billing Center, rating engine, and integration with external vendors
• Good test knowledge of rating concepts such as premium calculations, discounts, surcharges, and coverages
• Strong quality engineering skills with test automation experience in tools such as Selenium, Rest Assured, etc.
• Good knowledge and experience on SOAP and REST services testing concepts
• Strong property & casualty insurance domain knowledge across personal and commercial products, risks, and coverages
• Should be capable of augmenting QE practice go‑to‑market capabilities in the service delivery
• Tools/Frameworks/Software skills:
  Selenium, Rest Assured, Cucumber, Intelli
  
  J, SOAP UI, Postman, Oracle SQL Developer, Gitlab, Jira, Xray, Hexawise
• Excellent collaboration and teaming skills in diverse environments
• Technical competency with Test Strategy & Operating Model Development, Testing Center of Excellence/IT Transformation Program Management, Test Automation Framework Architecture, Agile Test Management, UAT Coordination, IT Organizational Change Management, Performance Testing Program Management, Customer Relationship Management, ERP, Enterprise Data Management, IT Life Cycle Management, or IT Delivery Management

• Approximately 5 years of financial services experience, including prior consulting experience
• Guidewire certifications
• Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, PMP, or other specialized IT certifications
