IT Support, IT Project Manager
Responsibilities
A senior IT Delivery Lead to support Technology Services for Manufacturing, Logistics, and Labs (MLL). The resource will deliver infrastructure, application, and platform Build and Run services in alignment with Johnson & Johnson Technology Services (JJTS) standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Execute day-to-day IT service delivery supporting manufacturing, logistics, and laboratory operations.
Coordinate incident, problem, change, and release activities per JJTS ITSM processes.
Monitor service health, manage and escalate major incident response.
Serve as the IT delivery point of contact for site technical services.
Provide service status reporting and escalate delivery risks with IT Site Leader and Leadership.
Execute services in compliance with GxP, CSV, FDA, Site QMS, and JJT QMS requirements.
Coordinate across internal teams and external vendors for agile demand and project quoting and execution.
Direct local IT operations support staff for network and desk side contract services.
Collaborate with internal BT, OT and Tech OPs Teams to deliver IT solutions to deliver on business roadmaps.
Manage and coordinate site network TLM/ALM & PCLM activities with business and internal network teams.
Reliable execution of IT Build and Run services.
Timely incident and service request resolution.
Complete and accurate ITSM records.
Regular service performance reporting.
Audit-ready documentation.
QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience
5+ years Manufacturing or Supply Chain IT experience in regulated GXP environments.
Experience in understanding network topology.
Knowledge of Firewall, Router, Switch, Appliance usage.
Experience supporting GxP and validated systems.
Strong ITSM (incident, change, problem) knowledge.
Knowledge of IRIS, CMDB and JIRA tools.
Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
