JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: AI Process Analyst / Business Transformation Analyst
Locations: Jacksonville, FL / Addison, TX
Pay Rate: Up to $37.23/hr W2
Duration: 12 Months (Potential Contract-to-Hire)
Schedule: 100% Onsite – 5 Days per Week
Start Date: Approximately 3 Weeks After Offer Acceptance

Wealth Management Operations (WMO) provides end-to-end operational support across Brokerage, Private Bank, and Workplace Benefits. Within WMO, the Business Strategy & Transformation organization includes an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy team focused on enabling the responsible and effective use of AI across operations.
This role is focused on process discovery, workflow analysis, AI opportunity identification, and operational transformation. The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, innovative, and capable of evaluating business processes to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow improvements.
This is not a traditional Business Analyst position focused primarily on requirements gathering. Instead, the role emphasizes process design, workflow visualization, AI enablement, innovation, and influencing operational change.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process Discovery & Analysis
- Evaluate end-to-end operational processes, workflows, roles, and technologies.
- Analyze how work is currently performed versus documented procedures.
- Break down complex workflows, decision points, and operational dependencies.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Create visual process maps and workflow documentation.
- AI & Transformation Initiatives
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools, automation, and process enhancements.
- Partner with stakeholders to explore AI-enabled operational improvements.
- Support tactical AI solutions while helping drive broader transformation initiatives.
- Demonstrate practical application of AI tools, prompting techniques, workflows, and AI agents.
- Help business teams understand and adopt AI capabilities.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business, operations, technology, and risk teams.
- Gather operational insights through process walkthroughs and collaborative discussions.
- Challenge assumptions and uncover hidden dependencies within workflows.
- Influence stakeholders to embrace innovative approaches and process improvements.
- Governance & Documentation
- Ensure opportunities align with AI governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
- Support business case development and opportunity assessments.
- Document findings, recommendations, and transformation initiatives.
- Assist with prioritization and implementation planning.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools and understanding how they can improve business processes.
- Strong process analysis and workflow evaluation experience.
- Ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Creative, innovative mindset with a passion for process improvement.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience documenting workflows, process maps, and operational procedures.

- Skilled at creating process visuals and workflow documentation.
