Job Description
** This position is contingent upon contract award
** SOSi is seeking a Git Lab Administrator to support mission requirements for a structured approach to further develop, integrate, and sustain a scalable, federated data ecosystem that enhances interoperability, governance, and mission-driven analytics for a DoD customer. The primary objective of the program is to bridge the operational gaps between DoD, IC, interagency, and non-traditional international partners to enable real-time information sharing, dynamic data integration, and mission-tailored analytical capabilities.

Job Duties:

* The contractor shall establish and maintain Git Lab repositories for version control, code collaboration, and tracking changes to scripts, documentation, and system configurations.

* The contractor shall implement role-based access controls (RBAC) in Git Lab, ensuring only authorized personnel can access and modify repositories.

* The contractor shall submit the Git Lab Access & Security Compliance Report, documenting repository management, user access controls, and security policies. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

* knowledge and capability to administer, maintain, and optimize Git Lab for version control, repository management, and secure Dev Sec Ops  workflows.

* Proficient in CI/CD pipeline configuration, access control management, and code repository best practices.

* Strong troubleshooting and automation skills are required to support software development teams.

* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, or;

* Five (5) years of equivalent experience in Git Lab administration.

* Demonstrated experience in managing Git repositories, implementing CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring secure Dev Sec Ops  integration.

* Experience with access control policies, automated testing frameworks, and software configuration management is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Desirable but not required certifications include Git Lab Certified Associate or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA). Additional Information
