We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing initiatives for both our carrier direct-selling channels and This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical expertise with hands‑on campaign execution and a strong understanding of customer acquisition strategies.
Position SummaryThe Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This individual will oversee paid search campaigns, SEO initiatives, website analytics, and digital marketing performance across multiple brands and carrier partners. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced with performance marketing platforms, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across paid search, display, retargeting, and other digital channels
- Optimize Google Ads and pay‑per‑click (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI and customer acquisition
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools
- Lead SEO strategy and implementation, including keyword research, on‑page optimization, technical SEO improvements, and content recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams and carrier partners to support direct‑selling initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement on
- Conduct A/B testing and landing page optimization to improve campaign effectiveness
- Track KPIs and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting and dashboards
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices
- Work closely with product, design, and development teams to support digital growth initiatives
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or e-commerce marketing
- Hands‑on experience managing Google Ads and PPC campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
- Experience implementing and managing SEO best practices
- Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Experience in travel, transportation, ticketing, or e-commerce industries
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, display advertising, and remarketing platforms
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Understanding of attribution modeling and customer acquisition funnels
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms is a plus
