We are seeking an experienced IAM Administrator to support and enhance enterprise identity and access management operations. This role will be responsible for managing user access, maintaining IAM platforms, supporting security initiatives, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has a strong technical foundation in identity administration, authentication technologies, and access governance.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and support the full identity lifecycle, including provisioning, modifications, and deprovisioning of user access.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize IAM systems to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
- Manage user access controls in accordance with least-privilege and role-based access principles.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for IAM technologies and related security platforms.
- Support authentication, authorization, and federation services across the enterprise.
- Implement system updates, configuration changes, and enhancements within established change management processes.
- Respond to and resolve IAM-related incidents and service requests through the IT Service Management (ITSM) platform.
- Assist with security audits, compliance reviews, and access certification activities.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and enforcement of identity and security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Track and meet service-level objectives, project milestones, and operational performance metrics.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on security, compliance, and process improvement.
- Travel occasionally as needed.
- 2–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Active Directory administration, cybersecurity operations, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with IAM technologies, including Identity Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Enterprise Password Management (EPM).
- Understanding of authentication and federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
- Experience using Power Shell, APIs, or other automation tools to support IAM processes.
- Familiarity with access governance, account provisioning, and entitlement management.
- Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks, including NIST 800-171 and CMMC.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into secure access solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
