The Impact You Will CreateAs a Network Administrator - Onsite, you will play a critical role in enhancing client satisfaction by delivering personalized, on-site support that strengthens relationships and delivers on our service of great technical expertise. You will help to improve operational efficiency by handling complex issues that remote teams cannot, preventing service bottlenecks. This ensures the company can meet diverse client needs and maintain high service quality.
WhoYou Are
A dynamic IT professional with:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ year(s) supporting current Windows Server and desktop technologies, and client/server applications in a Windows-based network environment. Specifics include:
- Microsoft Windows Server (latest OS) and Exchange Online (or enterprise mail systems)
- Experience working with the O365 ecosystem
- Azure, Intune, Entra ecosystem
- Active Directory, Group Policy
- All current Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems
- Experience with Xen App/RDS or other VDI technologies
- Experience with Hypervisors (VMWare and Hyper-V)
- Experience with managing private and public DNS
- Experience with configuring firewalls
- Experience with LAN and WAN technology and firewalls required, including but not limited to
- Cisco
- Meraki
- Fortinet
- Aruba
- Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Server and Exchange Online, including maintenance and support.
- Microsoft Azure and/or Microsoft 365 certified
- A drive for continuous learning and development
We are seeking a self-starter with excellent customer service and communication skills:
- Support Microsoft Windows server and network technologies
- Install and support a wide range of PC and PC related applications, Windows and Mac
- Management and troubleshooting of on premise and cloud infrastructure
- Interact with users in-person daily on technology use, iVenture accepted practices and issue resolution
- Maintain network configurations and assess and resolve network performance issues (internet bandwidth problems, ISP and firewall/router issues)
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 desktop and application support
- Organize and execute small-mid IT projects, ranging up to 20 hours per project
- Produce, maintain and update technical documentation
- 50% escalated desktop/app support, 30% Windows server support, 10% network support, and 5% admin/meetings

Effective time management is crucial as you balance multiple responsibilities, all while maintaining clear communication and delivering high-quality service – listening to clients’ needs and providing thoughtful, effective support to ensure client satisfaction.
When faced with complex issues, you follow proper escalation procedures to ensure a smooth resolution and you have a drive and motivation to learn and grow, constantly seeking ways to improve your skills and knowledge.
Given the need for on-site client visits, you require a valid driver s license and reliable transportation. Smoking is prohibited at all client sites and iVenture offices. Successful applicants will also undergo criminal, employment, credit, and motor vehicle background checks to ensure alignment with our high standards.
