Service Delivery Support Engineer Intern - Fall 2026 US East Office (Jacksonville, FL)

The Corporate IT Service Delivery Support Engineer Intern is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal employees at RF-SMART. This role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, responding to user inquiries, and ensuring IT-related problems are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Hours: 20-25 hours/week
• Pay: $20 per hour

• Provide first‑line technical support to employees across corporate IT systems, including endpoint management, asset management, identity and access, productivity and collaboration, and conference room AV.
• Triage and resolve tickets through the ITSM platform.
• Maintain knowledge base documentation.
• Execute onboarding, offboarding, and equipment provisioning workflows.
• Perform identity and access management tasks including user account lifecycle and password resets.
• Provision and deploy end‑user equipment; support conference room setup.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members while building independent diagnostic skills.
• Perform technical work under close supervision while building hands‑on fluency across the platform stack.
