At EY, we help clients transform their business through SAP technology. As a Technology Business Analyst Manager, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions by analyzing business models, capturing requirements, and translating them into technical specifications.

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP S/4
  
  HANA Controlling solution delivery from Explore through Deploy.
• Facilitate Fit‑to‑Standard workshops to define requirements and future‑state processes.
• Design and implement SAP S/4
  
  HANA Controlling (CO) solutions, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, internal orders, Universal Allocations, and period‑end close activities.
• Leverage the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) to support controlling reporting and analytics.
• Configure controlling organizational structures, enable allocation cycles, overhead costing, internal chargebacks, and settlements.
• Lead planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes within Controlling.
• Ensure end‑to‑end integration with logistics modules (MM, PP, IM, SD, TPM).
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Lead testing cycles (SIT/UAT) to ensure high‑quality, compliant deliverables.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation of controlling data.
• Drive cutover planning, go‑live, and hyper‑care support.
• Provide best‑practice guidance and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Mentor team members.

• Strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with emphasis on quality and risk management.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of SAP S/4
  
  HANA Cost Center Accounting solutions.
• Facilitate Fit‑to‑Standard workshops and design, configure, and implement CCA solutions.
• Configure and manage Universal Allocation cycles.
• Implement managerial accounting processes and drive planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Perform and support plan versus actual analysis and cost management reporting.
• Integrate CCA with Profitability Analysis and broader Controlling processes.
• Leverage Universal Journal for real‑time reporting and analytics.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules (MM, PP, IM, SD).
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and system configurations.
• Lead SIT/UAT cycles to ensure solution quality and data integrity.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities for controlling data.
• Drive cutover planning, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Provide best‑practice guidance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Mentor team members and contribute to capability development.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of SAP experience, deep expertise in Cost Center Accounting.
• Proven SAP S/4
  
  HANA implementation experience, including at least one full life‑cycle project.
• Hands‑on experience with controlling organizational design, Universal Allocation, managerial accounting, reporting, and cost control, plan versus actual analysis, and CO‑PA.
• Experience leading Explore through Deploy phases of transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end Controlling processes and cross‑module integration.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel for client needs (estimated 40–60%).

• Experience in a consulting environment, partnering with clients on complex, transformation‑focused initiatives.
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Finance/Controlling certification.
• Experience with large‑scale ERP transformations or global program rollouts.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Products, or Industrial sectors.

• Competitive base salary within the range of $142,600 to $261,500 (U.S.) and higher ranges for major metro areas.
