Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
- Marketing Consultant II

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
- Marketing to lead the implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights / Marketing (Customer Journeys) solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver end‑to‑end marketing automation and customer engagement solutions.

  • Conduct solution demos showcasing marketing automation capabilities
  • Validate campaign flows, segmentation logic, and engagement strategies with stakeholders
  • Implementation & Delivery
  • Support end‑to‑end D365 Marketing implementations
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations (CRM, third‑party marketing tools, customer data platforms)
  • Testing & Deployment
  • Define and support UAT scenarios for marketing campaigns and journeys
  • Ensure quality validation of segmentation, triggers, and communication workflows
  • Training & Adoption
  • Conduct training sessions for marketing users and business teams
  • Prepare user guides, campaign playbooks, and knowledge materials
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management
  • Act as liaison between marketing teams and technical teams
  • Provide consulting on digital marketing transformation using D365
What you need
  • Strong experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights / Marketing module
  • Hands‑on experience with Customer journeys & segmentation
  • Email campaign management
  • Lead management & scoring
  • Good understanding of marketing automation and digital marketing processes
  • Technical Exposure (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate for campaign workflows)
  • Dataverse & data models
  • Integration with tools like Linked In, Adobe, or other marketing platforms
  • Understanding of data integration and customer data platforms
  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE)
  • Minimum 4+ end‑to‑end implementation projects in Marketing / Customer Insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering / IT / Business or related field
  • Preferred

    Certifications:

    MB-210 / MB-280 (Customer Engagement / Sales / Marketing exposure), PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant)

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.

Compensation Range: $102,000 – $153,000

Benefits

Full‑time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro‑rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
