Job SummaryThe Product Manager is a key member of the Citi Commerce Product team, supporting the development and execution of Citi Commerce's ad and offers capabilities. Reporting to the Head of Product, this individual will translate business and commercial requirements into detailed technical specifications and partner closely with technology teams as Citi Commerce builds its ad‑serving, targeting, and measurement capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and documentation of business requirements for Citi Commerce's ad and offers capabilities, translating commercial and advertiser needs into precise, technology‑ready specifications.
- Serve as a day‑to‑day partner to technology teams, driving alignment on requirements, managing trade‑offs, and maintaining momentum through the product development lifecycle.
- Lead product testing and quality assurance, including UAT and performance validation, ensuring capabilities meet commercial and technical standards before launch.
- Support the management of third‑party integrations within the AdTech ecosystem, including DSPs, ad servers, and measurement platforms, coordinating with vendors on timelines and technical requirements.
- Support governance and compliance approval processes, preparing documentation and tracking approvals through legal and risk review.
- Track product and system performance post‑launch, identifying issues and surfacing optimization recommendations to the Head of Product and Product Lead.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and applying sound ethical judgment.
- 6–10 years of experience in product management within digital advertising, AdTech, or martech.
- Demonstrated experience contributing to the development of detailed business requirements and technical specifications, partnering closely with technology teams through the product development lifecycle.
- Solid understanding of the digital advertising technology stack, including ad serving, targeting, measurement, and delivery systems.
- Experience supporting third‑party technology integrations within the advertising ecosystem.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and business requirements for technology teams.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously in a fast‑moving, high‑growth environment.
- Experience in commerce media, retail media, or financial services advertising strongly preferred.
- Background at a publisher, retail media network, DSP, SSP, or AdTech platform.
- Familiarity with clean rooms, identity solutions, or attribution platforms.
- Exposure to launching a new ad product or capability from early stage through launch.
- Bachelor's/University degree required.

Compensation$142,000 – $213,000 per year.
